- No. The 14-day trial requires only your email, business name, and a password. Payment details are collected only when you choose to upgrade.
- What happens after the trial ends?
- Your account moves to a suspended state. Your data is preserved for 30 days. You can reactivate at any time by choosing a paid plan.
- How is payment collected?
- We accept bank transfer (CBE, Dashen, Abyssinia), TeleBirr, and Stripe (international cards). Invoices are issued in ETB.
- Is VAT applied to subscription fees?
- 15% Ethiopian VAT is applied to all subscription invoices and shown separately on each invoice.
